Facilities Administrator & Receptionist
We're looking for a Facilities Administrator & Receptionist to join our team at KP Snacks. Beyond front-of-house duties, you’ll play a key role in supporting our facilities team by handling a variety of administrative and facilities-related tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Work closely with the facilities team – Collaborate to ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are always tidy, well-presented, and meeting high standards.
Support wider projects – Assist with visits, travel arrangements, and ongoing facility-related initiatives as needed.
Here in the UK, we're about 2,400 strong, spread across seven factories and our Slough HQ. Diversity isn't just a buzzword for us. Confident with MS Office – Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel to efficiently manage administrative tasks (to be tested at interview).
Excellent communicator – Able to engage with colleagues, visitors, and stakeholders professionally, both verbally and in writing.
