About the Role
P4 Recruitmentis recruiting 7 Support Workers and 3 Night Support Workers on behalf of a well-respected client. You will join a dedicated team providing care for children aged 5-17 across two residential homes, supporting a total of seven children. The children in our care may have Autism, ADHD, Trauma, and Cerebral Palsy, so elements of personal care will be involved.
Shift Patterns:
7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
1:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:30 AM
Sleep-ins: £55 flat rate (only occasional; additional hourly rate if woken during the night)
