That's why we're looking for a User Experience Researcher to join our team and help us design and deliver the best possible experience for our customers. What You'll Be Doing What you'll be doing Support the UXR charge: Championing the user, you'll immerse yourself in understanding our customers and their needs, so that we can design the best possible product or services for them. Diverse methods: Ensuring we get the most from our user research, you'll continuously evaluate and improve our user research methods and processes to ensure practices are engaging, maximising insights and feedback from testing. Persona management: Crafting and maintaining user personas, you'll be well versed in reflecting users through personas and their typical jobs-to-be-done, so that we can focus on creating truly user-centered products. Qualitative collaboration: Conducting best-in-class research, you'll work with our users, external research agencies, and feedback surveys, understanding customer pain points and identifying opportunities. Quantitative data detective: Managing and monitoring analytics and tracking software, you'll identify key insights and patterns, to ensure we make data-informed decisions and iterations for our products and services. Collaborative working: Working closely with our product management, design, engineering, and marketing as well as partner agencies, you'll make sure that our user research is integrated into everything we do, consistently driving and supporting our strategy. Confident communicator: Facilitating user testing sessions or playing back findings to stakeholders, you'll be confident, clear, and concise in communicating, able to tell the story of user-based recommendations. Your Experience 3 years of UX research experience in a digital product development environment A knack for analysing data and synthesizing it into insights and recommendations Experience with various user research methods, like user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnography: usertesting.com, Hotjar, GA, Airtable, Dovetail, Medallia, Decibel Excellent communication and collaboration skills A passion for user-centered design and a deep understanding of the UX research and design process Previous experience as a Product or User Experience Designer is an advantage About Corpay Corpay is a global technology organisation that is leading the future of commercial payments with a culture of innovation that drives us to constantly create new and better ways to pay.
