Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for: Managing financial data, processing invoices and updating ledgers in Xero
Preparing quarterly management accounts and assisting with year-end
Overseeing payroll for around 50 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Producing cashflow reports and financial projections
Liaising with councils regarding funding
Leading the transition to a direct debit payment system
Attending occasional bank meetings with the Director
Supporting office administration as needed
