Product Manager | Analytics & Reporting
Salary: up to £70,000 (plus 10% bonus and benefits)

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join the team, focusing on Analytics and Reporting across the business. As the Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving insights and decision-making through data-driven analytics and reporting solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, helping to define product requirements, prioritize features, and shape the data-driven side of the team.
Who are you?
1. 3-5 years experience in a Product Management role, ideally with a data analytics or platform focus
2. Comfortable working with and speaking to data and analytics teams
3. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are key in this role
4. Strong understanding of analytics platforms, data visualization tools, and reporting methodologies
5. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features and enhancements
2. Conduct workshops with business teams to gather requirements and understand the scope of new features
3. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business analytics teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
4. Define and understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of analytics products
5. Monitor product performance and user feedback, continuously iterating and improving based on insights and data-driven decisions
6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics and reporting tools, bringing innovative ideas to the team

The Interview Process:
1. Screening with Product Consultant from Formula: 30 minutes
2. Meeting with Hiring Manager: 30 minutes
3. Panel interview with Senior Leadership team: 45-60 minutes
