Client Details This opportunity is with a well-established, large organisation within the Financial Services sector based in Shrewsbury who are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator. Description Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including calls and emails Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations Coordinating meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials Ensuring office supplies are maintained and organised Supporting the implementation of new administrative systems Monitoring the transfers of assets/cash to or from other institutions. ISA subscriptions and transfers. Processing of payments. Liaising with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts. Profile A successful IFA Administrator should have: Previous experience working for a wealth management organisation is desirable Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Can commute to Shrewsbury Job Offer Competitive salary Great benefits 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Monday to Friday with flexible working hours Free parking
