The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient use of cash throughout the Group, as well as working closely with Finance as part of a lean team structure. This role is for a PE backed fund manager, so requires someone who is confident at liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders. This person will also need to run a cash flow forecast from start to finish, including scrutinising and reporting on the results. Other role responsibilities include:
1. Preparing and maintaining the short term and long term cashflow forecasting model to provide insight into future cash needs and capital distributions.
2. Preparing forecast financial covenant calculations for all financing facilities across the Group.
3. Weekly cash reporting to PE owners on actual cash movements versus forecast cash movements.
4. Insource cashflow forecasting for outsourced entities.
5. Monitor foreign currency cash balances and execute FX trades when required.
6. Responsibility for all bank postings in the ERP system, expected to be completed weekly.
7. Bank reconciliations performed at least weekly.
8. Support the continuous improvement of treasury reporting within the ERP system.
9. Weekly cash sweeps to ensure efficient use of cash throughout the Group.
10. Manage banking access alongside company administrator and trustee.
11. Main point of contact for all banking queries.
12. Uphold strong banking relationships with all banks and financial institutions used by the Group.
Please note that this role is based in London but offers hybrid working flexibility (3 days per week in the office).
