Commercial Reporting and Planning Analyst

The Role:
The Commercial Reporting and Planning Analyst reporting to our Zone Director, will work cross-functionally to provide support on a broad range of reporting activities within our commercial and sales function as well as some involvement in financial planning. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident in handling commercial data who wants to become a key member within our commercial function but equally progress and gain more exposure to FP&A.
What you’ll do:
* Support Financial Planning and Analyst Manager with Sales Commissions, Sales Forecasts, Budgets and financial month-end duties across UK, Netherlands, and Belgium.
* Collaborate with the Sales teams, Marketing and functional managers, providing insightful and relevant reporting to gain a clear understanding of progress on departmental goals and strategies.
* Support the creation of a business plan for each individual sales area/person, ensuring that we focus on core customers, prospects, and vertical markets.
* Become a “Systems expert” and “Change Agent” to encourage Sales Managers and community on greater use of Sales Force and Power BI.
What you need to have:
* Ideally degree educated with experience in a support role within a global/multinational business.
* IT literate, with good Excel skills and high attention to detail.
* Experience extracting data from SAP BW, Salesforce, and Power BI.
* Willingness to develop and improve processes and reporting.
* Ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload.
* Strong interpersonal skills allied to a numerical dexterity.
* English as a strong language skill is mandatory.
* Potential interest in studying for an accountancy qualification.
