Key Responsibilities 10 Promoting and maintaining the core Values of CBRE Managed Services. - Provision of guidance, advice, coaching and support to all other Project Coordinators within the business, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment and recognition/reward. - correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and other publications, as appropriate. - Provide a learning environment, and appropriate training and development planning. Ensure basic training needs are delivered, employees are fully competent to undertake their roles, and are able to reach their full future potential. 14 To assist with all sales opportunities for the Business Unit. Supporting the Sales Team throughout the sales process 15 Ensure the completion of all Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires for the Business Unit 16 Arranging all sales calls with Senior Team members on an adhoc basis 17 Work with our Sub-contractors and Head of Projects to ensure the best price for all sales opportunities 18 Support of Mobilisation as and when required - Managing the supply chain and drive them within project deadlines and CBRE SLA's - To obtain a comprehensive understanding of the scope of the project and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance to the project scope and not outside of this - Manage all project business finance and adminstration tasks as a key user on site including team records, MMM, orderbook, UBR etc Accountabilities - Reporting to a CBRE Managed Services Head of Projects - Accountable day to day to supporting the Projects team - Accountability to the CBRE Managed Services functional heads, as appropriate.
