We are working on behalf of a Middle Eastern automotive client who is undertaking an expansion into the UK and Europe. This is a truly exciting period for the organisation, as they represent an international client base, and provide the facilities for them to expand into new markets. As the Office Manager, you will be providing assistance to our Country Manager, by overseeing and ensuring our flagship dealership is running smoothly along with providing support to our sales and operations staff when required. This role is great for someone who is organised, professional and is comfortable speaking to internal staff and clients and suppliers when necessary. As this is a new business operation, it is important you are proactive and are willing to help the team with different tasks. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Coordinate daily office tasks, including handling order requests, creating monthly schedules, and ensuring the office team operates efficiently. Work closely with our Country Manager to ensure that the team has what they require to deliver success for the business. Maintain an organised, professional office environment that reflects the company's high standards. Handle incoming and outgoing calls to our customers, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed. Why should I apply?
