Job Description We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to join one of our prestigious clients based in Stafford This family-run business specialises in the dairy sector, supplying a wide range of products to businesses across the Midlands. Youll become part of a small, dynamic engineering team where there are excellent opportunities for progression. This role would suit someone who is electrically biased, with an 18 th Edition qualification and a background in production/ manufacturing or similar. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position What youll be doing Technical Responsibilities Take a hands-on approach and support the team with planned and reactive maintenance tasks Maintenance of Filling Machines, Wrapping Machines, Inverters, Labelling Machines, Robotics, Pneumatic Systems, Conveyors, Motors, PLCs, Gearboxes, Valves, Pumps etc Aim to maximise performance and reduce production downtime Machinery installations Facilities maintenance Ensure the site is operating safely at all times Leadership Responsibilities Oversee a small team of 5 engineers, a ssigning tasks and responsibilities Monitor performance and support with training needs Motivate the team, address any issues and encourage team morale Act as a liaison between the engineering team and senior management Work closely with the Engineering Manager, providing regular updates Onboarding and training new starters Hours 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working 8am-8pm (flexible) Overtime available Pay Basic: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) OTE: Up to £50,000 Skills/Experience Required At least 12 months electrical engineering experience in a production/ manufacturing/ industrial environment 18th edition qualification NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 or apprentice trained or equivalent A valid UK driving licence Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal An understanding of Health & Safety Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage effectively Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Be flexible to meet business needs Benefits Weekly pay 28 days holiday 1 hour paid break everyday Company Pension Staff Discount Free on-site parking Overtime available Training provided Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
