From employee development to compliance and risk mitigation, you’ll play a central role in shaping and executing our HR vision. Key Responsibilities - Organisational Development: Lead change management initiatives to improve processes and build resilience to market changes. - Talent Management: Drive talent programmes, including succession planning, leadership development, and engagement, to cultivate a high-performance culture. - Strategic HR Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor, delivering HR solutions that align with business needs and opportunities. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with UK employment law to protect our organisation’s reputation and minimise risk. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Use HR analytics to inform strategies and measure the impact of HR initiatives. Competencies & Skills - Leadership & Influence: Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels. - Employee Relations: Strong experience handling complex ER cases and providing clear, risk-assessed recommendations. - Technical Knowledge: Proficient in HR systems (Employment Hero or similar), MS Office, and ATS and LMS platforms. - Organisation & Accuracy: Exceptional time management, with a strong eye for detail and a decisive, action-oriented approach. - Communication: Ability to create compelling presentations and deliver HR-led training. Experience & Qualifications - Proven experience managing an HR function in a high-demand setting, ideally with remote workforce experience. - Hands-on experience in complex ER cases, TUPE transfers, redundancy, and succession planning. - CIPD Level 5 or higher - Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with HR trends. - Experience working within a retail marketing environment would be highly advantageous Why Join Us?
