Salary: to £65,000 plus bonus and benefits

Reporting to the entrepreneurial and externally focused Managing Director, the appointee will lead and manage day-to-day operations, plan resource efficiency and ensure the accurate management of the Company’s site, whilst organising, implementing and developing structures, processes, procedures and policies to deliver continuing success. With a strongly analytical and detail-minded approach, the appointee will fully understand the importance of customer involvement, thrive on strong teamwork and will demonstrate continuous improvement along with strong professional and personal integrity. The successful candidate will be excited by the opportunity to lead the internal teams and to deliver a performance which will support and enable ambitious growth targets.
Candidates, ideally qualified to degree level, will be self-starters who can demonstrate drive, tenacity and leadership coupled with exemplary communication & presentation skills, strong teamwork, a high level of integrity and a desire to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Listening and influencing will be key competencies along with strong analysis & decision-making skills and the ability to manage positive change. An enthusiastic outlook, strong IT and financial awareness and a track record of engaging others to deliver exceptional results within an operational remit will all be required to grasp the opportunity to make a real difference to this business along with a potential higher profile as success is delivered.
