An exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspiring, self-motivated individual to join Bolton NHS Foundation Trust's Digital Team as Senior Project Manager on a fixed term basis.
The team is composed of staff from various disciplines and backgrounds, and we expect you to be ready to hit the ground running, working collaboratively with them and clinical colleagues to lead the delivery of key projects within the Digital Programme.

You will work across health and care settings to deliver digital transformation to patients, clinicians, and support functions. You may find yourself presenting to project boards, briefing groups, facilitating process mapping workshops, drawing process maps, preparing business cases, defining project scope, developing the project plan, completing project documentation, and producing highlight reports.

Essential
* Experience of a project management role within a customer-focused organisation.
* Experience of successfully managing projects within a programme management system, including evidence of change management within timeframes and budget.
* Experience of policy and strategy development and how these impact across the organisation.
Desirable
* Evidence of experience within an NHS environment.
* Experience of working within an Informatics environment.
* Experience of implementing changes to working methods and evaluating effectiveness.
* Experience of resource management, including staff and information resources.
Qualifications
Essential
* PRINCE2 Foundation.
* Educated to relevant degree level in Health Informatics, IT, or a related subject, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
Desirable
* PRINCE2 Practitioner.
* Change Management Foundation.
* Business Analysis Foundation.
* MSP Foundation.
