Job Purpose: As a Solution Architect -Integration, you will be responsible for solution architecture and design of integration related solutions and projects, contribution to integration strategy & architecture and guide integration development and delivery of high-performant integration applications and frameworks in support of strategic initiatives covering all projects, releases and enhancements. The role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and strategize the integration of systems with other applications and technologies. Additionally, the role will be responsible for the detailed architecture, design and contribution to governance of enterprise integration / Middleware, providing procedures, policies and guidelines to ensure that projects comply with the overall integration architecture principles. Main Responsibilities: • Provides solution architecture in the integration area, ensuring that architecture standards, policies, and procedures are met across all aspects of delivery, including automation-driven integrations. • Contributes to and influences Integration strategy and architecture, ensuring high-performance, scalable, and automated integration frameworks that support strategic initiatives across projects, releases, and enhancements. • Establishes and enforces integration architecture standards, best practices, and automation-driven compliance with company policies and industry regulations from a solution delivery standpoint. • Maintains comprehensive documentation, including integration architecture, designs, automation workflows, and technical processes, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements. • Governs enterprise integration and middleware solutions, defining, refining, and enforcing governance procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance with architecture principles and automation strategies. • Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture teams, business users, and stakeholders to identify integration requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and assess automation opportunities while estimating effort and timelines. • Designs and implements robust integration solutions, including API-driven, event-driven, and automated workflows, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. • Identifies potential risks and issues in integration projects, implementing proactive mitigation strategies with automated monitoring and alerting mechanisms. • Ensures integration quality by enforcing defined principles, policies, and standards, leveraging test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and reliability. • Evaluates and advises on infrastructure components, focusing on automation in deployment, monitoring, and scaling strategies for integration platforms. • Works closely with cross-functional teams, including application development, infrastructure, and security, to align integration efforts with automated capacity planning, SLA measurements, and real- time monitoring. • Supports new POCs, automation technologies, and related initiatives, ensuring innovation and continuous improvement in integration practices. • Provides architectural direction for technical projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery while leveraging automation for efficiency. • Develops roadmaps and migration plans for integrating business systems, focusing on streamlining interfaces, reducing redundancy, lowering business costs, and implementing automation where feasible. • Fosters strong relationships with Enterprise Architects, business partners, and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration, automated data exchange, and alignment with business objectives. • Leads and mentors external consultants, ensuring they adhere to company policies, standards, and automation best practices while reviewing their performance against SLAs. • Provides technical leadership, motivation, and coaching, enhancing direct reports' expertise in integration automation, project management, and soft skills. • Reports, communicates, and presents project updates to BPT and executive leadership, emphasizing automation's role in improving efficiency and agility. • Maintains and develops expertise in emerging technologies, analyzing automation trends and assessing their potential value for the organization’s integration landscape. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field • English proficiency (must) • Desirable management development seminar and additional trainings that enable teamwork and leadership Experience: • Minimum of 8 years overall in IT systems integration, design, development, deployment experience • 3 years of Integration Architecture experience in integration multiplatform environments. • Demonstrated experience in building, leading and developing teams of technically oriented staff • Experience in Multiple implementation and support projects, including integration of SAP and non-SAP applications in different scenarios using varied communications protocols. • Good analytical and planning skills combined with independent, goal- and process-oriented way of working • Experience in international environments • Experience in the consumer product market, beverage industry or logistics an advantage Technical Skills: • Comprehensive understanding of Process and Data Integration technologies, including their purpose, automation potential, and business impact. • Strong expertise in integration concepts and patterns, such as API management, SOA/API governance, Event-Driven Architecture, message-based architectures, file exchange platforms, J2EE design patterns, data synchronization, and security protocols, with a focus on automation-driven integration workflows. • Proficiency in middleware technologies, including SAP BTP, webMethods, SAP DS, and Datasphere, with additional experience in SAP PI/PO being advantageous. • Deep knowledge of integration architectures and hybrid integration platforms, emphasizing automated deployment, monitoring, and self-healing mechanisms. • Expertise in SAP integration technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Integration tools (ABAP proxy, IDOC, BAPI, BADI, RFC), leveraging automation for data processing and transformation. • Hands-on experience with integration protocols such as REST, SOAP, JDBC, File-based integrations, and Adapters, incorporating automation for testing and validation. • Experience in Salesforce integration, ensuring seamless data synchronization through automated workflows and monitoring. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration challenges and implement automation-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention. • Proven leadership in project and team management, ensuring automation best practices are integrated into development, testing, and deployment processes. • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD toolchains, including Jira, Bamboo, Confluence, Jenkins, Bitbucket, utilizing automation for deployment, regression testing, and system monitoring. • Extensive experience in integrating third-party systems and vendor solutions, leveraging automation for API orchestration, data mapping, and performance optimization. • Strong background in IT operations and service management, implementing automation for system health monitoring, alerting, and predictive maintenance. • Business process knowledge is a valuable asset, allowing seamless alignment between technology and business needs, while introducing automation to streamline workflows and improve decision- making.
