Are you a highly motivated caring individual, who is looking for a vocation where every day is different, where you can make a difference to people’s lives.
We offer care packages for a diverse range of individuals with different care and support needs, which range from full support, forensic, challenging behaviours whilst being able to risk assess situations. There is also support helping with budgeting and shopping.
For the people we support you would need to be very active to support with social activities as they like to go Swimming, to the gym and go to the Rugby games or concerts on occasions so this may include late evenings.
In our Leeds Outreach you will be working within the community and within peoples own homes and day centre support, supporting with daily finances, meal preparation and personal care and every day is different, as each individual is different, this is why a person centred approach is essential.
The role
Across all services, the individuals we support have autism, learning disabilities and at times can display behaviours of concern, therefore you must have the ability to follow detailed support plans in order to ensure a consistent approach.

Working hours
Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. This role will include shift working, including evenings, sleepovers, nights and weekends.
Full time hours: 8am - 10pm
Part Time Hours 16 to 20 hours per week.
Sleepovers will include an allowance.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
