Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Shoreditch or Reading (Hybrid – 3 day per week onsite)
Contract Duration: 12 months initially
Estimated Salary Range: £55k-£62k per annum or £280-£320 per day Inside IR35
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Account Manager to join our Mid-Market team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and closing business across a set of target accounts by selling our Digital Media products
* Presenting and consulting on different contract models and guiding clients through the migration process
* FOLLOWING established sales processes and procedures, including creating and maintaining quarterly sales forecasts and ensuring excellent Salesforce hygiene
* Generating revenue by implementing effective sales strategies
* Converting customer challenges into new opportunities
* Collaborating with our partner ecosystem, utilizing an indirect/partner sales approach
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record of selling software, with a preference for experience in creative products, document products or SaaS
* Experience achieving a sales quota of at least $0.5m annually and comfortable with leading $50k+ renewals
* Experience in growing a set of named accounts and selling through channel partners
* Exceptional organisational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Value Selling or MEDDICC
* Fluency in French/Italian and English is essential
