* Recruit a range of positions on behalf of healthcare clients
* Manage the full recruitment process, offering a first-class service to candidates and clients
* Develop and grow existing client base, and carry out new client development activities
* Innovative candidate attraction strategies, growing your network and demonstrating a commitment to candidate care
Requirements:
* Previous sales or recruitment experience with a demonstratable track record of success
* Knowledge or experience of the Health or Social Care sector (not essential)
* Ability to build and grow long-term relationships with candidates and clients
* Bags of drive and enthusiasm, a good work ethic and strong team focus
