Job Description:
As a Part time accounts assistant, you would take full ownership of both sides of the ledger and would report to the Finance Controller within a small, dynamic family run business.
Your role will encompass the following key accountabilities:
* Process purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes
* Set up new suppliers
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Send remittance advices
* Assist with finance filing and administration
* Handle supplier queries
* Support Finance Officer with ad-hoc tasks
