Accountable to the City Strategy and Planning Lead for analysing user and business needs to ensure outcomes are aligned with the Enterprise's strategic vision and business strategy by contributing to the link between current and future business models and delivering to the business architecture. Support the City Strategy and Planning Lead in the coordination and evaluation of requirements against the present state (where we are now) and the end state (where we want to be) through constructive challenge and acting as a critical friend to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose. Working with the City and Industry Partner, develop a programme of work that translates the Devonport site's vision into strategic initiatives and opportunities that will positively influence civic drivers (economy, high value jobs, inclusive growth, civic pride and regeneration). Ensure the potential consequences and impact of change are correctly identified, stakeholders are engaged and are part of the overall process and that benefits have been collated in response to the impact analysis. Maintain a change control framework in collaboration with key MOD stakeholders and Industry Partners. Engage MOD and Industry Partners directing or sponsoring organisations to identify business change programmes/ projects. Identify, qualify, and update the business readiness criteria across the Devonport Enterprise prior to implementation. Report on the tracking of these to the Portfolio Group Head up to 'go live'. Provide communication strategies relating to business change across the Devonport site. Identify and classify stakeholders and reflect in stakeholder engagement plans and organise senior stakeholder engagement forums across the Devonport Enterprise. Facilitate and deliver senior stakeholder workshops that support the delivery of transformation and change programmes. Qualifications Minimum UK Regulated Qualification Framework - Level 5 qualification preferably in a P3M (Change Management) or business-related subject.
