Your Career
Join Finance on an exciting journey to eliminate manual processes and bring them onto system-driven solutions. In this role, you will partner with MHR's technical teams to integrate Finance and Business systems, driving impactful, data-driven solutions that transform Finance processes. Your success will be measured by business impact, cross-functional collaboration, and the optimisation of financial performance reporting.
Your Team
You will work closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure Finance systems support efficient reporting and forecasting. Your role includes maintaining Financial KPIs with a future-focused approach, ensuring seamless period close processes, managing system integrations, and enhancing Finance activities by eliminating manual processes. Additionally, you will provide monthly updates on technical enhancements and support business partners with financial analysis and planning.
Your Impact
As a key liaison between Finance and technical teams, you will drive improvements in financial processes, leading technical projects from inception to completion. You will implement a robust consolidation process for group legal entities, ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Your expertise will contribute to audits and standard finance processes while influencing system enhancements that support long-term business success.
