We're working alongside a leading regional firm, looking for a Receptionist to join our clients head office, based in central Edinburgh. You will provide effective administrative support to the office, and will be the face of the company, greeting clients and anyone else who comes to the office. This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking to start their professional career.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing reception, meeting rooms, and public areas, welcoming visitors and clients.
* Answering and forwarding calls or taking messages.
* Ensuring staff areas are clean, tidy, and appropriately stocked.
* Ordering and managing stationery.
* Inputting client information into the case management system.
* Sorting, scanning, and securely storing inbound mail and documents.
* Managing inbound and outbound mail via DX and Royal Mail.
* Supporting the Property Sales Director with admin tasks.
* Handling lettings-related tasks such as coordinating contractors and key management.
* Providing ad hoc administrative support as required.
What we need from you:
* High personal standards of work.
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to speak to people on the phone.
* Desire to begin an office-based role.
