This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a forward thinking PCN to support the Management Team by providing efficient administrative services This is a busy and varied role which is essential to ensuring smooth communication and operational coordination across the PCN and member practices This is a full-time office based role working Monday to Friday, The successful candidate will undertake a range of administrative tasks which include:
* Diarising and administrating meetings
* Minute taking
* Ensuring action log items are progressed
* Some function coordination
* Compiling newsletters and PCN-wide communications
* Compiling reports
* Ensuring information is recorded and filed correctly
* Ensuring distribution lists are kept up to date
* Project administration
