A Claims Operations Associate is required for a specialty insurer £60k - 3 days in the office • Ideally two years' insurance claims experience required, experience of managing delegated claims would be a good to have • CII qualifications or willingness to work towards obtaining CII qualifications (or equivalent). • Claims Operations experience with a willingness to improve processes and best practices. • Metrics and data to improve performance and efficiency. Primary responsibilities • Support onboarding of new TPA's - TPA due diligence process. • Assist with the negotiation of services, contracts and service level agreements for TPAs • Support the management of existing TPAs appointed by our client including claim referrals, bordereau management, Loss Fund management and claims audits. • Assist in the analysis of claims data to identify trends, areas of risk and opportunities for cost savings. • Supporting with administrative tasks for the claims department
