My Client has recently been awarded this contract, and you will be responsible for resourcing and recruiting for an electronics and distribution facility, providing warehousing operatives. You will build and maintain a very strong client relationship to ensure that you fully understand the client's needs and ensure that you have a suitable and quality workforce to meet the client's demands.
Responsibilities
1. Completing return to work
2. Managing productivity
3. Liaising with Training department to arrange training & inductions
4. Collating data to prepare MI & KPI reports
5. Adding workers to internal databases & systems
6. General admin
7. Attending client meetings
