You will play a pivotal role in teaching across Key Stages 2, 3, and 4, supporting students’ intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development through innovative and trauma-informed teaching practices. Your Role: Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to small groups or individuals, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs. Foster self-confidence, independence, and a sense of community belonging in students. Use techniques such as Trauma-Informed and Conscious Discipline to support behaviour regulation and personal growth. Collaborate with parents, external agencies, and colleagues to create individualised learning plans and strategies for success. Lead and organise educational activities, manage support staff, and contribute to whole-school development initiatives.
