POST TITLE: Team Leader (Petrol Station/Retail)
HOURS: Full Time/Part Time
LOCATION: Glasgow
RESPONSIBLE TO: Operations Manager & Store Manager
EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of Team Leader experience within a Retail Environment or Convenience Store/Petrol Station experience preferred.
We are an expanding Petrol Filling Station Retailer and we are looking for motivated people to help with our future growth.
POST OBJECTIVE: The role involves training, motivating and supervising employees to achieve maximum efficiency, turnover, profit and store standards. This will be done in conjunction with the Directors and General Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - SPECIFIC
- To ensure excellent standards in housekeeping, merchandising and customer service.
- Maintaining job performance by coaching, motivating, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Ensuring availability of merchandise and services by manual stock ordering and maintaining inventories.
- Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
There is a requirement to be flexible in the hours you work.
