Teaching Assistant | KS1 & KS2 Support | Tooting Bec, Wandsworth (SW17) | Immediate Start | £95 - £105 per day

Long Term Futures is seeking an experienced and qualified Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Tooting Bec, Wandsworth (SW17). This role will involve supporting students across both KS1 and KS2, as well as providing tailored SEN support where required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support students in KS1 and KS2, assisting with both academic and personal development
* Work closely with teachers to implement lesson plans and deliver interventions where necessary
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN, helping them stay engaged and progress in their learning
* Adapt learning materials to cater to different abilities and learning styles
* Assist with behaviour management, ensuring a positive and structured learning environment
* Collaborate with the SENCo and class teachers to develop personalised support plans

As a Teaching Assistant you will have:

1. Previous experience working in a primary school, particularly in KS1 and KS2
