We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Deputy Head Teacher to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to pastoral care and will be responsible for strategically leading and managing behaviour and attitudes, attendance and safeguarding across the school. This role requires an individual who is passionate about building a positive school culture and ensuring the well-being of all students. You will be responsible for creating a safe, calm, order and positive environment across the academy. Key responsibilities:
* Support the Headteacher in developing and implementing the vision and strategic direction of the Academy
* Strong commitment to pastoral care and responsible for strategically leading and managing behaviour and attitudes, attendance and safeguarding across the school.
* Ensure all information required by SLT, the Education Director and other key colleagues is produced accurately, timely and efficiently.
* Leading on delegated areas of responsibility
