Our Marketplace Team plays a key role in ensuring that customers experience the same exceptional shopping and customer service experiences across various platforms.
You’ll be joining an exciting and expanding team and will be given a supportive structure from day one to help you develop your skills and learn from new experiences.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Work with the team daily to respond to customer inbound enquiries via email, telephone and platform messages (e.g. Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, Allegro).
* Assist with managing Amazon’s Seller Central Account Health by proactively monitoring and resolving A-Z claims, Chargebacks, and Negative Feedbacks (with full training).
* Identify and monitor trends in customer queries and feedback to TL’s/Managers and relevant departments.
* Action any ad-hoc tasks assigned by TL’s/Managers such as contacting customers to inform them of restock dates.
* Assist with other basic ad hoc Customer Service duties which may include responding to courier emails, data entry, and processing returns.

* Ability to work efficiently with a proactive and positive outlook and a desire to learn.

Contract: This is a flexible hours contract to help support the team over the final part of the year. We are ideally looking for someone who can work Friday-Monday with weekend shifts included.
