The role
Medichecks launched the UKs first direct-to-consumer blood testing company in the UK and created a market where there was none. As well as the continued growth of our B2C business we now see considerable opportunity to grow in the B2B and B2B2C space through our technology platform, Plasma.

Purpose of this role
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the scalability, robustness, and cost-saving efficiencies of daily operations at Medichecks.com. This position involves managing, developing, and optimising operational workflows and collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional service. The Project Manager will report directly to the Head of Projects and will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the company's growth and operational objectives.
Role and responsibilities
Operational Workflow Management:
* Oversee and manage the design, set-up, and continuous improvement of operational processes.
* Monitor and manage workflow processes to identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
* Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure coordinated efforts and efficient operations.
* Provide operational support and guidance to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the ops team.
Clinical and Product Management:
* Manage the launch of new tests, including clinical setup, pricing, product copy, special instructions, supporting information, and testing.
* Support the product team in developing new digital products, including competitor research, internal fact-finding, user journey creation, and process flows.
* Liaise with labs and suppliers on new product development or processes.
Process Improvement and Cost Efficiency:
* Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Support initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
* Utilise data-driven insights to recommend and implement operational enhancements.
Project Management:
* Support the project team in executing key business projects, including systems setup, test pricing and setup, custom branding, briefing departments, and communicating launch activities.
* Manage projects and monitor/report progress using project methods in Monday.com related to new digital products, clinical changes, and physical product adjustments (e.g., instructions, packaging, design, branding).
* Support the project team using Medichecks process for projects, creating a PID, project board, RAID log.
Key tasks
* Action outcomes from test design meetings.
* Manage the setup of new tests with the clinical team.
* Ensure the wider business is informed of new test launches and changes to tests, sleeves or instructions.
* Manage weekly operational delivery meetings and attend triage sessions with the ops board.
* Implement service changes, including internal communications and supporting service messaging.
* Support the project team in delivering key projects through the use of Monday.com platform.
* Create and manage project plans for operational projects.
* Provide ad-hoc support to operational teams regarding partner onboarding.
* Managing internal service messaging with marketing teams.
Skills and experience

* Strong knowledge of project management tools: Monday.com, Jira, MS Project & Visio.
* Ability to collaborate confidently across teams and levels.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.

* Effective change manager.
* Knowledge of the private blood testing industry.
* Experience of working within a health care sector or NHS.
