Admin Support Advisor
Location: Northfleet
Salary: £27,500 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an experienced Administrator to join their ever-expanding team.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
1. Carrying out day to day Company administrative duties, including Key Client administrative requirements and operational staff requirements.
2. Providing support to the day to day operational movements of the workforce including diary management.
3. Liaising and building good working relationships with client’s staff and tenants, contractors and colleagues.
4. Accurately maintaining all relevant administrative documents, spreadsheets and databases.
Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:
1. Must have proven administrative and customer liaison experience within a similar role, ideally within a social housing environment.
2. Excellent telephone manner.
3. Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
4. Willingness to “go the extra mile” to provide excellent customer service.
5. A positive and professional approach.
