With a staggering 40,000+ Law & Accountancy firms across the UK, we are looking for our latest hire of a Lead Generation Executive to support our continued rapid growth & development into the professional services market.
Position Overview
We are looking to welcome a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our fun, dynamic & growing team here at The Professional Alternative (TPA). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving our continued growth by identifying and nurturing potential clients & firms looking for a progressive learning & development solution, building relationships and generating qualified leads for our sales team.
What you’ll do:
1. Generate interest by utilising The Professional Alternative’s extensive database and conduct further research to identify potential clients within both the legal & accountancy sectors that align with TPA’s services
2. Utilise CRM platform, email campaigns, LinkedIn and other channels to generate leads
3. Initiate contact with identified prospects through emails, phone calls and social media to build a strong pipeline
4. Qualify leads by understanding their firm’s learning, development & compliance training requirements and matching them to our services
5. Schedule online demonstration meetings for the Sales Director with qualified leads
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM
7. Work collaboratively with the Sales Director and marketing team to align lead generation effort with ongoing sales & marketing campaigns
8. Stay up to date with industry trends in the Professional Services learning & development space, as well as competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
9. Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets and KPI’s
Who you are:
1. Proven experience in a lead generation, sales or business development role (experience in the learning & development or professional services industry would be an advantage)
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior decision makers, build rapport quickly and handle objections
3. Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Zoho, Hubspot or Salesforce
4. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social selling tools is a plus
5. A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to the lead generation process
What we offer:
Pay: £28,000 (£35,000K OTE based on commission structure)
As part of our growing team here at The Professional Alternative, you will play a crucial role in our overall success. Reporting into the Director of Sales, this is primarily an office-based role but some form of flexible working will be considered for the right candidate. Our office is located in Bournemouth, conveniently situated near Bournemouth Airport with free onsite parking.
