The Role As a 360 Education Recruiter, you’ll have the opportunity to manage the full recruitment process, from building relationships with schools to sourcing top-tier candidates. Your responsibilities will include: Business Development : Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, academies, and colleges across Kent. Candidate Sourcing : Attracting, screening, and placing high-quality teachers and support staff into roles that match their skills and aspirations. Client Management : Acting as a trusted partner to education leaders, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Sales & Negotiation : Negotiating contracts, fees, and rates to achieve successful placements while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Compliance : Ensuring all candidates meet safeguarding and compliance standards in line with industry regulations. What We’re Looking For Previous recruitment experience gained from the Education sector. Experience : A track record in 180 recruitment, delivery, or trainee consulting, with a desire to progress into a 360 role. Personality : A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’re driven, approachable, and resilient. Sales Savvy : A knack for spotting opportunities, closing deals, and building long-term relationships. Passion for Education : You don’t need to have worked in the sector before, but an interest in supporting schools and education professionals is a must.
