Exciting Career Opportunity: Assistant to Managing Directors
Are you a high-level and professional individual who exceeds typical PA type duties? Can you act as a first point of contact for managing directors in an industry-leading international business?
In this senior role, you'll be the first point of contact to the managing directors. We are looking for someone who ensures all aspects of administration, planning, and coordination of work streams are managed effectively and efficiently with little to no supervision and minimal direction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage stakeholders across the business with proactivity.
2. Promote, embody, and extol the culture, philosophy, and values of the organisation.
3. Enable collaboration, harmony, and efficient working across the areas of responsibility.
4. Pick up coordination and lead on company projects with a forward-thinking approach.
5. Truly make a difference to the lives of two co-managing directors.
6. Go over and above the typical PA type duties, exceeding diary management, scheduling meetings, and dealing with communications.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience providing high-level PA support at director level, teamed with office/project management.
2. Demonstrate confidence and resilience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. A proactive mindset with the ability to build and develop strong working relationships at a senior level.
Pay: £45,000 per year + benefits (Joining bonus of £1000 after completion of 3 months service, OTE of circa £50,500)
Hybrid Working: Enjoy flexibility with 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
