1. Basic Salary Circa £32,000 Depending on Experience + Bonus
2. Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm
3. 1 in 4 Saturdays - paid at overtime!

We are seeking an NVQ Level 2/3 Vehicle Technician to join a Prestigious Main Dealer in the Tonbridge area!
Our client, a privately owned dealer, who represent one of the most popular global brands in the automotive trade are seeking a vehicle technician to add to their knowledgeable team. As a group, our client have been representing this brand for over 40 years, with their sites spanning across the Southeast. Our client puts staff development at the forefront of their operations, with training and development on electric and hybrid vehicles for all staff!
As a Vehicle Technician for our client you will be responsible for undertaking routine maintenance and servicing on customer vehicles and diagnosing any necessary faults. You will also be responsible for liaising with the service department to ensure customer vehicles are completed and ready for the customer to pick up.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client:
10. Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
11. Ensures effective use of technical knowledge and skills enabling efficient, economic and safe servicing and repair of the vehicles.
12. Builds effective working relationships with colleagues.
13. Completes repair and service records/other appropriate activities the Team Leader and Manager required
14. Actively supports company policy and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information.
15. Analyse work orders carefully to understand a vehicle’s condition, the accuracy of the diagnosis, and what work has been agreed.
What our client expects of their Vehicle Technician:
16. NVQ Level 2 / 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
17. Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
18. Willingness to keep technical knowledge up to date.
19. Confidence in problem solving.
20. Full UK Driving Licence – Preferably Clean.
