Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical design packages, ensuring clear outputs and deliverables
- Oversee and coordinate projects or key packages, delivering high-quality design, client satisfaction, and strong financial outcomes
- Liaise and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth coordination of design professionals and stakeholders
- Conduct technical design reviews and audits, providing feedback and sharing lessons learned
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience as an Architect in a UK-based practice, with RIBA/ARB or CIAT accreditation
- Strong technical expertise, including detailing, UK Building & Planning regulations, and experience across all RIBA stages (3-7)
