Base pay range
Salary - £24,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with weekend shifts required 4 days over a month (Office based opportunity to work from hybrid from home once onboarded)
Shifts: 8am - 4pm / 10am - 6pm
Package - 25 days holiday plus BH's, Parking Space, Free Lunch, 7% Pension contribution, discounted events.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client the NEC Group for an Events Customer Service Executive. The NEC Group is the UK’s leading live events business operating in exhibitions, conferences, music, sports, family entertainment, and hospitality. They Bring Live to Life, creating destinations of the future, and helping customers make every moment count.
If you are passionate about events and customer service, they have a fantastic opportunity for an Event Customer Support Co-ordinator to join the Event Support team. This role coordinates the delivery of products and services to our NEC customers, processes orders, and resolves problems to maximise the commercial returns of their events services team.
We’re looking for an individual who:
* Is happy to speak to customers on the phone, taking queries and resolving issues.
* Has a passion for customer service and a “can do attitude”
* Can think on their feet to resolve problems
* Is comfortable using a variety of computer systems and processes
* Has good all round communication skills
* Has an eye for detail whilst maintaining focus on delivering results
* Is a team player with the ability to share knowledge and information and work collaboratively
