Pay Scale: L10 – L14 (£62,202 - £68,586)
Start date: April or September 2025
NOR 367 + nursery (age range 0 – 11)
What we are looking for
We are seeking a Deputy Headteacher who will:
* Be an outstanding leader who is forward thinking, with excellent organisation, management and communication skills; able to build on the successes of our rapidly improving school.
* Have a successful track record of leadership and management and be an outstanding classroom practitioner.
* Have the ability to raise standards and improve the progress of all pupils.
* Enable parents / carers to be active partners in their children’s education.
* Have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to lead and motivate staff.
Whilst there will be an expectation that the deputy covers classes as required, this post will not have a dedicated class commitment. It will be focused on supporting the Headteacher and senior leaders in their drive for school improvement. As a member of the safeguarding team you will be required to train to be a deputy safeguarding lead.
