Care and Support Worker - Level 4

Salary: Grade 6, £30,060 - £32,654 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week - role will cover a 7 day week service based on a 2 week rota
Contract: Permanent
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dedicated team of care and support workers. This role has been developed to ensure citizens with more complex care and support needs have the appropriate assistance to maintain and improve their independence.
Post holders will follow Multi-Disciplinary Team care plans, which will include components of Social and Rehabilitative Care. Housing related intervention, supporting people with hoarding and other complex issues that may lead to homelessness. The Successful candidate will have proven experience of supporting people with challenging behaviours and/or individuals who have previously disengaged with more traditional support services.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate personal emotional intelligence and effective coping strategies that can be used when working within complex situations.
