Robert Half are working with a Financial Services firm in London looking for an Accounts Payable specialist. This is a newly created role within a small Finance team. The successful candidate will take full ownership of Accounts Payable.
£35,000-40,000
2 days a week in London
1. Full responsibility for the purchase ledgers.
2. Manage various Accounts Payable inboxes.
3. Maintain bank mandates and reconcile multiples bank accounts.
4. Maintain the Accounts Payable system
5. Strengthen internal control over expenditures procedures.
6. Process employee expenses & corporate credit cards.
7. Process supplier payment runs for various entities.
8. Ad-hoc payments and general assistance to the wider finance team.
9. Assist with month-end management accounts processes.
10. Assist with financial audits.
