The Opportunity
Due to our specialist focus on Engineering, Project Management, Operations/Production and Business Support across industries such as Automotive, Chemicals, Nuclear, Oil & Gas and Water (to name a few), Millbank is growing and recruiting Recruitment Consultants. From day one you will be able to support recruitment on the largest construction project in Europe, one of the most prestigious automotive brands out there and work with engineering companies where revenues are in their billions and work forces in their thousands. Your duties and responsibilities will be:
Your role will involve sourcing candidates, supporting our key clients, generating leads and representing our company with professionalism.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll handle the end-to-end responsibilities of the recruitment process such as crafting and posting advertisements aligned with client needs, sourcing, and screening high-quality candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating offers, maintaining up-to-date CRM records, ensuring compliance with legislation, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
At least one year of proven Recruitment Consultant experience.
While familiarity with nuclear, power, chemical, oil & gas, water, construction, or rail sectors would be advantageous, it is not mandatory.
To succeed, you will:
Be personable, adept at building and managing client relationships, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional planning and organisational abilities to effectively manage your desk.
Keeping abreast of current recruitment, employment, and HMRC legislation and compliance is essential.
