Temporary HR Administrator
3 – 6 months
£11.44 - £12 per hour
Elevation are currently looking for a temporary HR Administrator, to support a key Client in Sheffield. The role will assist in scanning and filing a significant backlog of personnel documents. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and some HR knowledge to ensure documents are correctly identified and filed in the proper order.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:
1. Scan a large volume of personnel documents, ensuring high-quality digital copies
2. Identify various HR documents such as absence records, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and other relevant files
3. Organize and file documents in the correct order within our digital filing system
4. Maintain confidentiality and security of all HR documents
5. Perform quality checks to ensure all scanned documents are accurate and legible
6. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department
Experience of the HR Administrator:
7. Previous experience in an administrative role
8. Basic knowledge of HR practices and the types of documents handled within an HR department
9. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
10. Proficiency in using scanning equipment and digital filing systems
11. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
