The Finance Analyst is responsible for the financial management of key client accounts. Establishing and operating a financial management process that ensures that both internal and external client needs are met and that the account is profitable. The Finance Analyst is the single point of contact for all Finance related queries on the commission. To support the Finance Lead within the SE region to ensure that the monthly financial objectives of the operational Directors and the Head Office Finance department are met, on time and in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Skills
1. Quantitative skills – understanding and manipulating numbers and data
2. Strong Excel Skills (including Sumif, Vlookup, Pivotables)
3. Analytical and problem solving ability. There is a strong preference for solutions orientated attitude
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
5. Diligent attitude to carry out role and tasks; adhering to monthly deadlines
6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, developed through various stakeholders
7. Strong organisation and time management
8. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an advantage
9. Advance understanding of financial mechanisms, processes, procedures and systems (Full training on Turner & Townsend’s systems and services will be provided)
10. Ability to work on own initiative and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications
1. A bachelor’s degree in a Finance discipline, or equivalent qualification
2. Extensive experience working within accountancy/finance based roles
3. Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and management accounts
4. Experienced in using financial management systems (Microsoft D365) and Power BI reports
5. Experienced and skilled at cooperating, collaborating and managing in a diverse multicultural, multi national and multi partner project environment
