This is a hybrid role that covers Parcelforce Worldwide Operations team which means it requires national travel.

Have you got excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills gained in a Senior HRBP role? Can you juggle multiple priorities across a complex organisation? We are looking for a permanent Senior HR Business Partner to report directly to the Parcel Force Worldwide UK HR Director, focused nationally across the UK, you will play a key role in partnering with the business whilst it’s going through an exciting period of transformation.
About the role
You will support managers and ensure they have the relevant skills to effectively manage their people, and enabling the delivery of the proposed people plan. A key part of this role will be working alongside key stakeholders to deliver projects in line with our people strategy, such as the development and delivery of a DEI strategy, consideration for talent and development planning and approach, ensuring we are building a talent pipeline for future roles.
You will also:
• Develop people plans to focus on culture and transformational changes that are aligned to the changing needs of the business.
• Work alongside the wider PFW HR team, using relevant data driven metrics and insights to facilitate conversations with stakeholder that drive people performance across the business.
• Coach, influence and support managers and senior leaders, development of people plans, supporting engagement strategies.
• Ensure operational managers build the capability to deliver ongoing transformation, and have the right skills and capabilities to manage change.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
• Delivering Results - ensuring delivery of the most important priorities, measuring progress, and ensuring accountability against key metrics
• Ability to work with and across units and organisation structures and frameworks and to provide realistic solutions.
• Effective team leadership skills including coaching, mentoring and performance management.
• Able to build effective relationships with a range of senior stakeholders to achieve business benefit
• Strong drive, enthusiasm & resilience –constantly strives to improve performance, ability to build strong working relationships and energise colleagues
• Ability to remain objective and focused when challenged with change.
• A track record of delivering behavioural change in complex and difficult environments through coaching.
• Experience leading people initiatives and can demonstrate delivery against key people initiatives.
