Job Summary:
We are seeking a PEP/HR Analyst to support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
* Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
* Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
* Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations in operational processes.
* Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
* Develop reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
* Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.
* Participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
* To perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement.
* Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise.
* Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise.
* Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to influence others positively.
* Experience working in a regulated function such as Financial Crime, Client Assets Sourcebook, Anti-Money Laundering, Complaints, Pensions etc.
