Location: Access 360 - Wolverhampton How the role will make an impact: The Internal Sales Manager is responsible for leading the internal sales team to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This role involves managing daily operations, developing sales strategies, monitoring the team's performance and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Main Tasks & Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate the internal sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Monitor team performance, set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews. Provide training and mentoring to enhance team members' skills and product knowledge. Handle escalated customer issues and provide guidance on problem resolution. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue. Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities. Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Optimise internal sales processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and team achievements. Key Skills: Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in an internal sales environment. Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop strategies. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
