Who are we? At Stafford House Study Holidays, we welcome over 6,000 young learners (aged 817) from around the world each summer. Our mission is to help students improve their English through engaging classroom lessons and a lively program of activities and excursions. To make it all happen, we rely on our dedicated Activities Team to bring the fun, energy, and creativity to our programand that s where you come in A little of what it involves: Our Assistant Activities Managers are pivotal in supporting our team of Activity and Senior Activity Leaders with the delivery of our fun activities, events, and excursions programme over summer 2025. We offer a diverse lineup of activities and excursionsfrom sports, drama, and arts, to quizzes, discos, and fashion shows, as well as visits to historical and iconic places of interestbringing creativity and energy to every event. Location: Central London (Bloomsbury), Bournemouth, Northampton. These are residential positions and so you must be prepared to stay at our school. We provide you with full-board accommodation. Hours: Working 55 hours over 6 days per week as part of the management team, this is a fully immersive position Pay: 671.55 per week plus holiday entitlement. Loyalty bonus (if applicable) 33 per week Paid at the end of your contract Incentive: Employees may receive a 500 discount on CELTA training course provided by Stafford House, post qualifying contract. (T&Cs apply contact us for more information) Contracts: You must be available for a minimum of 4-8 weeks between 24th June to 25th August 2025. Exact dates will vary depending on your chosen school and may be a little flexible. You must be residential for this position. You must be available to attend our training weekend in June 2025 Is it for you? You will have some previous experience of running or supporting activity/leisure programmes or events. Ideally, you ll have experience of working in a summer camp or school. You ll be a great communicator and be ready for the next step into leadership You ll be able to effectively support the Activities Manager your team of Activity Leaders, and students alike. We provide a full management training weekend and ongoing support throughout your contract You must already have the right to work in the UK. You must be available to attend our training weekend in June and be available for the duration of the contract. We take safeguarding very seriously.
