Main duties of the job Ensure the delivery of high quality care through and demonstrate high personal standards in clinical practice. To ensure care is provided in line with the associated NICE Guidance and other relevant documentation and that there is knowledge of national, regional and local drivers underpinning service delivery including the Mental Health Act 1983 (revised 2007) regulations & the Mental Capacity Act (2005). See service users as appropriate, to carry out agreed interventions under the supervision and guidance of the lead professional. Work with multi-disciplinary team registered nurses to meet the daily living needs of service users To participate where appropriate in robust risk assessments and risk management plans under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team and support the team to practice positive risk taking where appropriate to improve quality of life, well-being and maximise occupational performance/independence. Under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team to deliver a range of non-pharmacological interventions following specific assessments to enable understanding of any expression of an unmet need and to maximise an individual's abilities. Accurately undertake and record patient observations, under the guidance of a registered nurse.
