This is the job Join our dynamic Procurement Operations team as a Third Party Risk Manager. In this role, you will lead the third party risk management (TPRM) function, overseeing all risk management activities delivered by our outsourced TPRM team. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) in areas such as operational resilience, information security, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) to drive supply chain resilience and ensure third party risks are managed effectively and in compliance with FCA regulations. What will I be doing? Oversee the execution of all third party risk management activities throughout the supplier lifecycle, including due diligence, risk screening, incident management, risk re-assessment, stressed exit planning, and supplier offboarding. Act as the primary point of escalation during third party risk incidents and major disruptions, providing support and guidance to Procurement, the business, and senior stakeholders. Lead the development and implementation of TPRM controls and frameworks, including systems, processes, and policies. Drive central governance and cross-functional collaboration across risk SMEs, including Operational Resilience, Infosec, Data Privacy, ESG, Compliance, Health and Safety, and Vulnerable Customers. Manage risk reporting activities, ensuring the timely delivery of key risk indicators (KRIs) and completion of risk self-assessment controls. Lead the monthly Procurement risk forum, maintaining and continuously improving the Procurement risk register. What do I need? Extensive knowledge of third party risk frameworks and controls, with experience working in TPRM within an FCA regulated organisation. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts through to non-technical audiences and lead projects end-to-end from planning to execution. Familiarity with TPRM technologies such as Experian, Exiger, Ariba, and strong Excel spreadsheets and data analysis skills. Degree level education and relevant certifications in third party risk such as CTPRA (desirable). Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven with the ability to use own initiative, and strong attention to detail.
